Why
Selling to existing customers is easier than acquiring new ones. Loyal customers often refer others, boosting word-of-mouth marketing. Retaining customers also provides valuable insights into preferences, allowing for more personalized and effective marketing strategies, leading to a sustained competitive advantage.
How
The Lifetime Value Score is calculated using Shopper Lifetime Days (days since the first store visit) and the average revenue generated for each shopper's lifetime day by email shoppers, compared to the same metrics for all other channels.
What
The Products score includes the following high-value components:
Revenue Upside: An estimate of the potential upside a brand can achieve by improving the score to be on par with the averages of all other channels.
