Email Performance is the homepage component designed to highlight three key email performance KPIs, enabling easy monitoring and continuous optimization.

Why

This component functions as a data dashboard, bridging the gap between standard email app insights (such as open and click rates) and comprehensive email shopper performance analytics provided by Email Pulse. It offers a mid-point view, giving deeper visibility into how email campaigns drive online store revenue.

How

The component includes three primary KPIs:

  • Unrealized Revenue – An estimate of the total revenue left on the table by campaigns that didn’t reach their full performance potential. This serves as a quantitative measure of email campaign effectiveness.

  • Email Uplift Score – A credit-like score that grades overall email performance against your brand’s revenue potential, providing a qualitative indicator of email marketing success.

  • Biggest Loser – The campaign with the highest unrealized revenue loss, helping to prioritize optimization efforts where they matter most.

Each KPI includes a link to a dedicated section of the application, providing additional data for deeper analysis.
